Super hot!
I knew I wouldn't make it to the gym today so I met a friend early this morning to run Boomer lake. We usually meet at 8am and are finished long before it gets too hot. Today about 1/2 way around the lake I seriously thought I was going to have a heat stroke. My face was red and sweat was pouring off me. So here we go again trying to accomadate everyone. I hate to get up very early in the summer because I am afraid to wake the boys up. I have to walk right by their room to get out of the house and then of course the dog barks. GRRRR. Why does everything have to be so complicated?

Buy some muzzles for your dogs. Perhaps we should get up REAL early and get to the gym before the boys are awake. That would solve your babysitting dilemma -- so what do you say? 5:45 tomorrow?
That darn Oklahoma humidity. It was 50 here today. Unfortunately I'm in no shape to run with strep throat and all. As for your dog, give him to Brooke. She needs another pet.
I tried to give her a dog and a boy. I think she'd take the boy but said no to the dog. haha I'd better be careful or I will have to go private too.
